If you have any customized products, you can send them to us by email or leave a message. As long as you provide pictures, I can carve them out. Customized products typically start at $200.

Customized message specifications:

1. Photos, patterns, or names that require customized carving, etc

2. What color of jade is needed (we only provide natural jade, with free delivery inspection certificate)

Jade standard colors: (Green, Blue Jade, Black, Red, Lavender/White)

3. What size

The size can be more specific to your requirements, please communicate with us

The regular size and shape are as follows:

(Rectangular pendant: 6CM X 4CM or 5CM X 3CM)

(Round pendant: 5CM -5.8CM)

(Follow the shape: according to the shape of the product pattern)



Normal customization steps:

After confirming the above patterns, colors, and sizes, start arranging customization. The customization cycle is approximately 1-2 months. We need to select the stones you require and send you the customization progress in real time. During the customization process, we will provide photos and videos of the customization process for you to save and ensure that all customized products are fully handcrafted, providing you with the most unique and unique jade collectibles.

1. Communicate and confirm customization details

2. Design and carve design drawings based on the pictures you provided (design takes approximately one week) (take photos and record)

3. Start carving after confirming the image (the carving time depends on the complexity of the carving, usually within 7 days)

*We will first carve the initial outline, and then proceed to the second step of fine detail carving (record video)

4. Arrange polishing (the process of polishing the unpolished surface of the product from the raw material) This process takes 5 days

5. Obtain the final product physical object, take finished product videos and photo records

6. Arrange a formal inspection agency to issue an English version of the testing certificate with legal effect

7. Arrange for shipment (our products are usually free of charge and include postage (default EMS delivery takes approximately 8-14 working days). If you need faster FedEx delivery, you can pay an additional $30 shipping fee (FedEx usually takes 5-7 days to arrive).

8. We will provide Tracking No. after shipment for you to check the delivery status.
